Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Transfer time to reach your address vary from territory, in average 2-5 days.

Potential delays can occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping charges vary from territory. 

At this time, we do not ship to the USA.

Deliveries to Norway, Switzerland and Iceland
These destinations are outside the EU and UK customs areas. Orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis: the price you pay at checkout covers shipping only. On arrival, the destination country's customs authority may apply import VAT, and in some cases duty, before the parcel is released. The carrier may also add a small handling fee. These charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. We declare every parcel accurately so that only the correct amount is charged.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Norvia Nutrition Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
