Celine stepped into the role of CEO in 2023 to lead the transformation of Norvia. Building on the success of the Nordic brand Nutrilett, she is focused on turning Norvia into a scalable global company. Celine has overseen the full rebrand, rebuilt the digital and operational backend, and brings her expertise in consumer trends and social media to help shape the company's global growth strategy.

Kevin Adeson most recently served as Vice Chairman, Global Banking & Markets at HSBC Holdings PLC. Prior to joining HSBC, Kevin created and led the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Europe business at Morgan Stanley.

Nathalie Rayes is a former United States Ambassador with senior leadership experience across government, nonprofit, and private sectors. She has led complex organisations and advised on cross-border growth strategies, international partnerships, and governance frameworks. She brings deep relationships across U.S. regulatory and policy environments, as well as experience engaging institutional stakeholders and scaling mission-driven organisations globally.

Ian Penman is a highly experienced London-based corporate/IP lawyer who co-founded New Media Law in 2001 and has managed its growth since then. He has also served on the boards of corporations in software, renewable energy, entertainment, and VR entertainment.
