Refund policy

Your right to cancel (14 days)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging. This 14-day cancellation right is your statutory right under EU, Irish and UK consumer law.

Health and hygiene exception
Norvia is a food product. For health and hygiene reasons, sachets or packaging that have been opened or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at customercare@norvia.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage.

How to return
Email customercare@norvia.com with your order number before sending anything back. Approved returns should be sent to: Norvia Nutrition Ltd, c/o Fulfilment, Corcanree Business Park, Dock Road, Limerick, V94 VYX9, Ireland. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
